Village Vibes Child Safety Standards

Village Vibes has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards apply to accounts, profiles, posts, comments, chat messages, images, announcements, events, work or help requests, business listings, service listings, reports, and any other user-generated content or interaction made available through Village Vibes.
For these standards, a child or minor means a person under 18 years of age.
Prohibited CSAE Conduct
Village Vibes prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, extorts, traffics, solicits, or otherwise harms a child.
- No creating, uploading, requesting, offering, sharing, transmitting, selling, linking to, or facilitating access to child sexual abuse material.
- No grooming a child for sexual purposes, requesting intimate images or sexual information from a child, or attempting to arrange sexual contact with a child.
- No sexualizing a child, depicting a child in an exploitative sexual context, or using altered, computer-generated, or AI-generated media to exploit a child.
- No threatening, blackmailing, or pressuring a child using real, alleged, altered, or AI-generated intimate images.
- No advertising, recruiting, soliciting, facilitating, or participating in child trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of a child.
- No directing users to another app, website, phone number, or physical location to sexually exploit a child.
- No attempts to commit, help, hide, or encourage any prohibited child-safety violation.
Child Sexual Abuse Material
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) includes any visual depiction involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. This can include photos, videos, recordings, illustrations, altered media, computer-generated imagery, AI-generated imagery, links, or instructions for accessing such material.
CSAM is prohibited whether it is shared publicly or privately, whether payment is involved or not, and whether it is hosted directly on Village Vibes or linked from another service.
How To Report A Concern
Users can report safety concerns through the in-app report, block, and support controls available in Village Vibes. Reports may relate to posts, comments, images, user profiles, chat messages, announcements, events, businesses, services, work posts, help requests, or other user-generated content.
If a report control is not available, the content is no longer visible, or the user needs to provide additional context, use the public Village Vibes safety report form.

Do not download, copy, forward, or email suspected CSAM. Use in-app reporting where available to identify the relevant account, message, listing, or content. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services immediately.
Village Vibes Response
When Village Vibes becomes aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may restrict access to content, remove content, disable sharing or messaging features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve information needed for safety or legal reasons, and cooperate with valid legal requests.
When required or appropriate, Village Vibes may report suspected or confirmed child sexual exploitation to law enforcement, child-protection authorities, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, or another applicable regional reporting authority.
Blocking And User Controls
Village Vibes provides reporting and blocking or muting controls where available. Blocking a user may restrict direct contact and related notifications, but it does not cancel a safety report that has already been submitted.
Confidentiality And Evidence Handling
Village Vibes limits access to child-safety reports and associated information to authorized personnel and service providers who require access for safety, legal, security, or operational reasons. Reports are handled to protect affected children, reporters, sensitive personal information, and active investigations.
Village Vibes personnel must not copy, forward, download, or redistribute suspected CSAM outside approved safety, legal, or evidence-preservation processes.
