Use the phone number linked to your Village Vibes account. Secure OTP verification will confirm the representative.

Register one real mandapam
Add its name and exact village, ward, municipality, mandal, district, and state. One distinct idol and mandapam can have only one entry.

Share current, original photographs
Show the actual decoration and community celebration. Keep the files original and available for verification.

Receive your participant pass
After approval, download a printable Village Vibes pass with the entry ID and a real QR destination for the public gallery.

The spirit of this campaign is simple: celebrate authentic community effort and give every eligible mandapam a fair chance.
Who can enter
A registered Village Vibes member representing a community mandapam in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. Villages, wards, and municipalities are welcome.
One mandapam, one entry
Only one registration is allowed for each distinct idol and mandapam. Duplicate, misleading, or coordinated repeat entries may be merged, rejected, or disqualified.
Only authentic images
No AI-generated or AI-enhanced images, composites, stock photographs, digital decorations, removed objects, or misleading filters. Basic crop, exposure, and color correction are allowed only when they do not change reality.
Verification is part of entry
Village Vibes may request originals, additional photos or video, location confirmation, identity proof, or an in-person visit. Refusing verification may make the entry ineligible.
Permission and safety
The representative must have permission to register and share the mandapam. Local approvals, safe installation, lawful conduct, and consent for identifiable people remain the entrant’s responsibility.
Publication and privacy
Approved mandapam name, place, representative display name, and submitted media may appear on Village Vibes campaign surfaces with credit. Phone numbers remain private.
Results and ties
Winners are confirmed after eligibility, duplicate, and vote-integrity review. A tie may be resolved by Village Vibes based on craftsmanship, originality, cultural presentation, and verified community participation.
Campaign integrity
Village Vibes may clarify or update operational rules to protect fairness, safety, or legal compliance. The announced ₹1,00,000 prize pool will not be reduced.
Participation is free. Prizes require identity and eligibility verification and may be subject to applicable taxes. This competition is organized by Village Vibes and is not sponsored by Apple or Google.
